Nightlife / Fighting | 6 CD + Bluray Audio Box Set

Registrati nel 1974 e nel 1975, Fighting e Nightlife furono i primi album dei Thin Lizzy con la classica formazione con i chitarristi Scott Gorham e Brian Robertson.

 

Nightlife uscì nel novembre 1974, prodotto da Ron Nevison e Phil Lynott, e contiene due classici della band, Still in Love with You e Sha La La.

Fighting uscì nel settembre 1975 entrando nelle classifiche UK con brani come Rosalie e Suicide.

 

Questo nuovo boxset propone gli album in due differenti versioni, una con il missaggio della versione originale e una con nuovi mix stereo realizzati da Richard Whittaker con la supervisione dal chitarrista Scott Gorham e la masterizzazione di Andy Pearce. Il cofanetto contiene anche un Blu-Ray Audio con i mix Atmos di entrambi gli album.

 

Gli altri CD del boxset contengono missaggi inediti tratti dagli archivi della band, session radiofoniche e la registrazione di uno show inedito a Derby. Il cofanetto è completato dalle note bio-discografiche di copertina dal giornalista Mark Blake e da un booklet ricco di foto rare e memorabilia ed un contributo del collaboratore di lunga data della band Jim Fitzpatrick.
